Pros

Long time resident. Loved the space and the attentiveness of the leasing agency. They were always responsive to any immediate needs (leaks, power issues, AC issues). Only 3 units in the building so very little traffic.

Cons

Adjacent to the train. Also main entryway was between two businesses who would also use the entryway as their own at times (leaving the door open all day).

Advice to the owners

Fix the locks on all the windows as they did not lock and multiple requests were ignored.
