My favorite apartment I've lived in in NYC
Pros
The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, comfortable, and so quiet. In unit W/D are brand new, it's spacious and quiet, and private access to the lush back garden is the cherry on top. The best thing about this apartment is the landlord -- I've had no major issues in 2 years living here, but every time I've called or texted him he's responded immediately and fixed the problem same day. He cares a lot about making sure his tenant has a pleasant, easy experie
