Owner is racist
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors in the building and surrounding area
Cons:
Anytime you needed something fixed in the apartment he took longer than usual and when he fixed it., it was half ass jobs. Not good at all.
Advice to owner:
No matter what race, religion or color we all have equal rights please take care of the needs of apartment issues.
