Great studio in Brooklyn
Pros
I lived here about 8 years ago in a large studio. High ceilings, hardwood floors. The owner had a business around the corner and was easy to contact/ask questions of.
Cons
My apartment was in the back of the building and the JMZ didn't bother me but an apartment facing the tracks might be much noisier. The auto body shop two doors down would have loud parties late into the night that spilled out onto the street but this was about 8 years ago so things could definitely be different now. I did have bedbugs but was able to take care of it quickly.
