    okay building, terrible management

    central AC, heating
    elevator
    dishwasher
    Cons:
    management is essentially impossible to reach and will not get back to you at all (or unless you call angrily after months of promises of repairs). even the super has trouble reaching him.

    way overpriced for square footage
