    Great location, fairly quiet building
    Cons:
    Property management is super unreliable and unresponsive

    Nice place to live mostly

    Pros:
    Only 4 units, tall ceilings, dishwasher in unit, newly renovated, management responded quickly to any issues.
    Cons:
    Shared outside patio wasn’t too pretty looking/well maintained, thin walls with loud neighbors.
