    Nice place to live mostly

    Only 4 units, tall ceilings, dishwasher in unit, newly renovated, management responded quickly to any issues.
    Cons:
    Shared outside patio wasn’t too pretty looking/well maintained, thin walls with loud neighbors.

    THE COFFEE SHOP DOWNSTAIRS. owners are sweethearts and the coffee is great. having a patio was also nice
    Cons:
    LEAKS. my bedroom ceiling leaked for months and landlords did nothing to long term fix the problem except having the super repaint the patio (i lived below the patio). not super responsive landlord.
    Advice to owner:
    fix the ceilings and build your buildings with actual good building materials next time
