Almost perfect location... minus the noisy neighbors

Pros

-Clean -Location (right on McCarren Park) -Modern amenities -Nice views -Attentive landlord

Cons

-Noisy neighbors who blasted music and hosted large parties in their unit and on the roof until sunrise most nights.. -Complained to landlord multiple times and they refused to do anything about it

noises are terrible. tenants dont shut up their parties. noises separation are bad. you can hear someone in the next apt,
