awesome apartment in Williamsburg

Pros:
amazing location
cleaners clean common spaces often
exterminators comes bimonthly if you need them to spray for bugs
Cons:
utilities are SO expensive. 2b/2b with washer dryer in unit. we pay ~300 to coned every month in the winter
super is the least responsive person i've genuinely ever met in my life
