    Nice place but greedy landlords keep raising rent

    Rent raised from 2800 to 4000 within one year for a one bedroom 400 sq ft apartment

    Premium and nice fixtures
    Cons:
    Expensive and exposed brick is terrible for pests. Noise is insane, you can have conversations between apartments through the walls.

    Beautiful building, wonderful neighbors
    Cons:
    Things break often, slow response time from management, management does not regularly keep tenants in the loop.
