Great location, maintenance is hit or miss
Pros
Great location, in-unit laundry, rooftop access.
Cons
If you live near the roof or back yard, noise levels from parties can be loud. Maintenance often wouldn’t take our requests seriously until they became major issues like a burst pipe under the sink and leaking through a bedroom ceiling. Took a long time to resolve in some cases.

Great place, just on the pricier side
Pros
Great location, management is super responsive, super is great. Overall a great building.
Cons
It IS a walk-up, so be prepared. The units have central AC, which is great, but also means no utilities are covered so it adds up.
