Quaint & Convient
Pros
In the 3 years I lived here I never really interacted with my neighbors. Everyone is nice and keeps to themselves and had no issues of noise coming across the hall or from different floors.
Cons
I lived in the unit right above the bar and one 1-2 nights a week when the weather is nice, the bar patrons utilize the outdoor space. That can get noisy but it's not too much of a late night spot and beyond that I was never disturbed by the noise when folks are inside the bar. Beyond that, would need to request for extermination for small bugs on occasion.
Advice to the owners
Regular intervals of extermination vs as need basis
