Good location, good neighbors, loud construction through 2026

Pros

Owner was super nice and neighbors are great. Good location. Huge bedrooms and kitchen, great, units on the right side fit 2 people perfectly

Cons

Heat is super hot - our windows have been open all winter to keep the heat under control. Alot of our neighbors dealt with leaks that were never fixed. There is very loud construction next door that won't be completed until December 2026
