Everything you could want but overpriced

Pros:
Laundry in units. Quiet. Responsive management. Central air/heat. Bedrooms on opposite ends for privacy
Cons:
Heat bill is outrageous. Its all heated with electricity. Expect to pay 500-600 a month in coldest months.
Advice to owner:
Open up the roof top
