Beautiful historic building taken over by transplants

Pros:
The sunlight and the double height ceilings.
Cons:
The landlords live in the building and are constantly doing renovations themselves. They treat the building like its a hobby project. This building is a combination of RC/RS units, despite the rents being charged. There is no roof access. Building is not pet friendly.

Great Location, safe building, size, character, responsive new landlords who care a lot about the building that was neglected for many years
Cons:
Sound proofing between units leaves a lot to be desired, cameras installed in all the common areas are creepy and invasive
