Awful Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well located. Close to the Bedford L stop.
Cons:
The landlord raised the rent $300 every lease renewal. There were no renovations or any sort of improvements to justify the increase. The office is highly disorganized. There was a $250 application fee just to apply for the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Stop taking advantage of people.
