    I could hear everyone else in the building and saw giant cockroaches at least once a week

    Landlord is a scary bully who doesn’t care about the building. He’s truly awful stay away

    Cheap/nice sized rooms but cockroach infested and loud

    cockroaches everywhere, can hear your neighbors like their your roommates, bad plumbing, leaking ceilings, old appliances, non responsive landlord

    In dire need of renovations

    Great location & large rooms
    Cons:
    No heating, no windows in main living area, needing massive renovations, no building upkeep and maintenance, landlord had no contract with tenants, verbal agreement to pay month to month you’ll get your security deposit back once you’ve found a replacement to fill the room
    Advice to owner:
    Sell it to a better manager or renovate correctly
