    I could hear everyone else in the building and saw giant cockroaches at least once a week

    Great location & large rooms
    Cons:
    No heating, no windows in main living area, needing massive renovations, no building upkeep and maintenance, landlord had no contract with tenants, verbal agreement to pay month to month you’ll get your security deposit back once you’ve found a replacement to fill the room
    Advice to owner:
    Sell it to a better manager or renovate correctly
