- Sound proof units, never have any noise issues (Except for street noise, but that's expected when living on Bedford
- Heat could be controlled better, they turned it on 2-3 days after the cold days, so like, what's the point haha - The bathroom tub seems to be repeatedly just painted over for every new tenant
Hallways could be updated, not necessary but would improve overall so much
