Great house, terrible management

Pros:
The location is great and the neighbours are very nice and friendly.
Cons:
It is impossible to have a constructive conversation with the management. Impossible to communicate with them and they constantly give empty promises but seldom follow up. Management is lazy, incompetent, and does not care about the tenant rights or wishes. I have heard other tenants have the same complaints as I do.
Advice to owner:
I would get a new broker.
