Nothing fancy but great location

Amazing location to all you need and other neighborhoods
Cons:
Very few amenities in the building (no dishwasher, laundry, door buzzer, etc) and generally little maintenance of the property

Water heat is extremely haphazard, no buzz in door, no peep hold in door, front doors do not automatically lock- all of these are city violations
Advice to owner:
Increase safety and quality of life for the extremely high price you charge
