location is incredible, super easy to get in touch with

laundry was hard to get to, door would be hard to open with key

Love the location!
Pros
Love the location and price, and the fact that it is a small building. Neighbors are lovely, and the heat, water etc are all golden.
Cons
There are rats in the neighborhood. Not the buildings fault, but it’s a bit of a problem. They are responsive when it’s an issue though.
Advice to the owners
If you could solve the rodents at the front this would be a 5 star building!
