clean on a very quiet street with lots of parking good light on top floor
coned bills are insanely high (regularly 500-700$) issues with heat and hot water going out the management company changed halfway through our lease and the current one is the worst. they don't respond unless you are threatening legal action OR there's a way for them to make money off of you.
