Literally nothing. It’s in Williamsburg if you care about that.
Overpriced, shoddy building, uneven/gappy wood floors, poor insulation in the winter, TERRIBLE noise because it’s right by the BQE, downstairs neighbor was a LOUD bar that moved in after, dishonest, opportunistic management scammed us on our deposit. STAY AWAY.
