    Everything is pretty nice about the building
    Cons:
    Management doesnt allow partial sublets - everyone must go or no one can

    Change sublet policy

    Pros:
    The apartments are big, large living rooms. I rarely heard neighbors through the walls. Huge windows let in a lot of light. Great building staff. Any maintenance concerns are addressed super quickly.
    Cons:
    There are no closets because it’s a converted warehouse. So you’ll need to buy wardrobes. Like not even a broom closet. You can make it work but you have to plan well. Some residents are big partiers and a few times noise from the roof deck could be heard in my apartment.
