Solid building, management and location
Pros
Lived here for two years with decently priced rent with no pest issues and relatively responsive management. Took care of our needs and the space is well taken care of.
Cons
Some noise issues with neighbors at Oh Boy and maintenance doesn't show up at the time they give you. Sometimes hours late.

Dream Gone Wrong
Pros
The building was brand new. new floors and appliances. Beautiful duplex.
Cons
Because the building was new it was technically unfinished so construction people would come into our unit unannounced and would turn on lights and start working in the room I was asleep in. Water was leaking through ceiling lights. exposed electrical. rats and roaches.
Advice to the owners
Very unresponsive and even ignored at times.
