Jerk owner and dirty building but nice location

Pros:
Nice location and sunny apartment
Cons:
No dishwasher, laundry room was disgusting with dead mice or dead roaches , owner never replies you have to threaten and call a million times to get a response. His dad was nicer than him but sadly passed away
Advice to owner:
Stop being such a jerk! Care about your tenants and clean up

Good location, less than good management

Location, elevator, price.
Cons:
Unresponsive management. Had to fight to get security deposit back (and literally chase down the landlord at his business in person).
