Good location, less than good management

Pros:
Location, elevator, price.
Cons:
Unresponsive management. Had to fight to get security deposit back (and literally chase down the landlord at his business in person).

Place is fine - Small annoyances but worth the price

The building has an elevator, which is nice. The heating works well and there’s laundry in the basement
Cons:
I got stuck in the elevator. The landlords answering line is rude, but the landlord is nice. Sometimes hard to get in touch with him but not unreasonable. Boiler very frequently stops working (lose hot water) and we have to reset it. Again, place is fine the price is reasonable for these quirks.
Advice to owner:
Maybe clean the laundry room more. Otherwise seems fine.

Terrible landlord stole my security deposit

Location is great
Cons:
Unprofessional and rude landlord, they take forever to get anything repaired, I was without hot water for 10 days. Stole my security deposit and refuses to give back without explanation. Avoid if you can!

Respect your tenants
