    Clean, quiet but small and overpriced

    Pros:
    General areas are kept very clean and trash / recycling taken out frequently. Gym is decent in building though not much equipment but usually quiet. Rooftop is amazing view and great bbq though fire pits do not work and are not allows to be used. In unit washer dryer is god sent.
