Great location, but you deal with a lot for what you pay for

Pros:
Great location right near the water
Cons:
Gets very dirty on the street- rats, garbage, etc. Management company is not good about communication or getting back to you- they manage tons of other properties, they don’t spend much time caring about this one. Mold in one of the apartment units- ground floor.
