- Location - Unit size - Honestly that's it

Cons

- Significant pest issues – I'm seeing mice in my apartment on a daily basis. Have had the super and exterminator come multiple times and the issue persists - Landlord is VERY unresponsive. Seems to ignore tenants on purpose until they give up or have to figure out their own solutions to building problems. Extremely poor communication and does not follow through. - Packages are frequently stolen
