    Roach and fly infestation, responsive mgmt

    Location, responsive management, large balcony
    Cons:
    roaches and drain flys, street noise from Bedford Ave (BEWARE, on the fire departments route. They go by roughly every hour.)
    Advice to owner:
    deep cleaning apartments between leases and finding the root of bug infestatoin
