DO NOT LIVE HERE - Fine Building but Horrible Management

Pros:
It was a fine place to live. Overpriced and poorly built and maintained, but fine.
Cons:
The Landlord, Martin, has not returned our security deposit after 3 months. We left the apartment in great condition and did not receive any notice from the landlord about damages. We have been attempting to contact Martin and Guardeum Management for months, with no success. We are owed over $8000, so we have hired a lawyer and will be taking them to small claims court.
Advice to owner:
Please give us our money back.

Nice moderate Reno on Bedford + Driggs

Pros:
Spacious, lots of great natural light, rooftop, great shower pressure, great loc for the price
Cons:
Younger college kids have been moving in and party loudly on weekends. Laundry in basement only one w/d each for whole building. Water reaches scalding temperature quickly if not careful. Noise from Bedford is surprisingly loud
Advice to owner:
Get more washer dryers
