Decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood Quiet inside Private
Cons:
Rat infested area Not well kept - lots of little issues
Advice to owner:
Do some basic upkeep - this could be a really nice apartment if you did.

A cozy spot but management needs some work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location but street is becoming a bit too busy. I really liked having a heat/AC combo vs. a radiator and window unit. Kitchen and bathroom were up to date
Cons:
Floors were falling apart and sloping. Whole building needs to be gutted and improved. Management is difficult to work with when it comes to being reimbursed for lack of amenities(we had to persuade to get discounted rent after no hot water for over a month). Pests aren’t a major issue but in the summer time roaches and bugs become very prominent from the back bedroom. They wouldn’t cover the cost for an exterminator
Advice to owner:
Building needs some major renovation besides making the appliances more modern. Overall the building just needs to be cared for better and kept clean/repaired.

Avoid at all costs!
Former Tenant
Pros:
We got a good deal on a 3 bed 1.5 bath and it was nice for the first few months while we were the only ones in the building. My mental health and work performance are suffering now because of the noise, lack of privacy, and pests.
Cons:
No cleaning was done prior to move in. We were the only ones living in the building for a few months and everything was fine. Once people moved in upstairs and downstairs, things went downhill FAST. The noise is unbelievable and it’s very clear the building is not up to code. I can hear the neighbors upstairs turning on their light switch and the neighbors next door trying to plug in the charger to the wall (they miss). We’ve had 6 mice in the one week. When they were doing construction upstairs, they broke a hole through our ceiling while I was in a zoom work meeting!!! It’s been over a month and no response from management.
