    Pros:
    Honestly none, nothing
    Cons:
    No heat until November, will gaslight you about things that are broken. Landlord will ask his friend to do "repairs" and drags muddy shoes into the apartment. Without power for multiple days in winter, heat constant issues. Neighbors will steal your packages from the stoop.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being a leech
