Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only pro is close proximity to G/L and J/Z subway lines.
Cons:
Constant mice infestations and the landlord refuses to pay for exterminators. There are also rats in the garbage area and a summons from Dept of Sanitation was posted on the front door for this issue. Packages are stolen by non-residents as the building isn’t secure and credit card went missing from locked mailboxes. Building is poorly maintained in general. Super does not live on site and does not come when he promises to do so.
