    Great light, decent price and good location
    Cons:
    Size, cockroaches and no laundry in building.

    Affordable rent, near L, G, J, M, Z, virtual door man
    Cons:
    Wouldn’t paint or clean properly before move in, raises rent every year 3%, doesn’t allow multi-year leases, construction/building fixes are not done well but mediocre patch jobs, limited rubish storage and very time specific to dispose, stairs within building are terrifying, pests despite quarterly spraying

    Large improvements needed
