Neighbors were courteous and friendly, never had pest issues

Water pressure wasn't ideal, living right on Bedford can get noisy

Good management, great location!

Pros

Landlord was very responsive to complaints Williamsburg is noisy but 4th floors makes it better We had mouse but it was dealt with by professionals and in a timely manner Replaced our appliances when they stopped working

Lots of dust , central air vents need some cleaning, garbage sometimes piled up

Advice to the owners

Better garbage management but otherwise great!
