Good management, great location!

Pros:
Landlord was very responsive to complaints
Williamsburg is noisy but 4th floors makes it better
We had mouse but it was dealt with by professionals and in a timely manner
Replaced our appliances when they stopped working
Cons:
Lots of dust , central air vents need some cleaning, garbage sometimes piled up
Advice to owner:
Better garbage management but otherwise great!

Terrible Management Company but Nice Building

Pros:
Great location, safe neighborhood, and clean building. I occasionally saw small roaches during the four years I was there, and there was also one mice incident, but it was handled quickly and properly. The building was renovated around 2010 I think, so overall nice and clean. Hey
Cons:
Terrible management company, Full-Time Management. Very irresponsive and often rude. Our dishwasher didn’t work at all for 3 years out of the 4 years I was there. We asked them to come fixing it multiple times. They were very slow and irresponsive. Finally they replaced a dishwasher, and it stopped working in a month...
Also the trash is very often overflowing downstairs and they don’t send people to clean it timely despite our complaint. During my last year, the building door would not lock properly and we lost a few packages, but the management company never bothered to fix it.
I have to give credits to them for urgent matter, like there was once a leakage issue and mice issue. Both times they responded promptly.
Advice to owner:
Please take the complaints of tenants seriously.
