Location is alright.

Cons

You would thing with the rents they charge they would do a decent job keeping up the place. Their crew have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to repairs. They never pull permits for reno jobs. Hallways are never mopped. They turn rent stabilized units into Airbnb’s. Fenix living the management is a very shady operation.

Advice to the owners

Your type should be managing hedge funds not peoples homes.

Basic apartment, no complaints!

Honestly not really many complaints - management was responsive and helpful, building was cleaned regularly and well maintained
