Solid can’t complain
Pros
Landlord is actually very responsive and reasonable, great price for the neighborhood, overall things work
Cons
Old building with some quirks, some issues with drainage and heating. We had occasional issues with mice and roaches but nothing crazy and landlord was helpful. I know this sounds kinda bad but really it was worth it for the neighborhood and price.

great location, good management
Pros
Very centrally located, 4 family home. Fairly well maintained for a pre-war and very responsive and helpful landlord
Cons
No amenities and some aspects of the apartment are a little rundown (normal for a prewar)
