OLD AND RUSTY
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not tiny apartments and great location.
Cons:
Elevator is old. Fire escapes rusty. Management is irresponsive to maintenance issues.
Advice to owner:
Care about the tenants that continue to put money in your pockets. Care about the upkeep of the older buildings.
