The buildings have good heating and water. The price and location isn’t terrible.
Cons:
There are often shady characters hanging out in the bottom of the stairwells of these buildings on this section of S 1st street. (All Denali management buildings). Your packages will be instantly stolen no matter what is inside. Your neighbors/the super won’t be much help. Denali doesn’t answer the phone. The cameras in the building apparently work but management won’t help you pull footage. Repairs however small will take months because they won’t answer you. These people are scumbags.
Advice to owner:
There is no point suggesting anything to the owner, they don’t care in the slightest.
