Great Building, Poor Management

Pros:
apartments have great amenities and features. For the price, this a great deal. Love the windows in each unit. Nice to have a garage, package room, and gym
Cons:
Management can take multiple days to respond to requests. When moving in we were unable to get keys. Multiple packages were stolen from the package room and management did nothing to address the issue. Found out that security cameras are actually not turned on after management was unable to share videos.
