Terrible landlord, nosey, disrespectful, controlling

Location is good. Good natural light
Cons
Multiple cockroaches in unit and hallway, extremely cold in the winter (had to keep windows open all winter), kitchen sink wouldn't get hot water for 2 minutes, extremely hot in the summer, mailbox broken. Owner and landlord is an old polish woman who is extremely controlling, patronizing, and racist. She will stop by unannounced and make condescending side comments that are downright rude and hostile.
