Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat is very efficient, a little too efficient. You have to open a window or turn on the AC sometimes.
Cons:
The neighbors could be a little rowdy sometimes, especially past midnight on a weekday.
Advice to owner:
Have better contractors to make better repais
