Pros:
Cozy apartments, decent closets
Cons:
Property management firm is pretty incompetent and can take a while to respond. Expect a lot of email back and forth whenever you need to contact them.

Nice apartment, management a little uncommunicative

Pros:
It’s a really pretty old building with functional appliances and in a great area. Things don’t tend to break very often so there isn’t a lot of upkeep necessary.
Cons:
The management company is beyond unorganized. Will email alerts that were intended for other buildings, will deny that rent is paid even if the money has been taken out of your account, will get tenants within the building confused and call another tenant regarding an issue you have.
Advice to owner:
Get Better management company
