bad management and bad upkeep

Pros:
great neighbors, good location, brick is nice
Cons:
the management is incredibly unresponsive. they continuously painted over a leak instead of repairing it (it caused mold). there are rats in the walls (and in the units). long term tenants in non reno'd units were treated poorly compared to those in more expensive units

Advice to owner:
The main issue with this building is the lack of communication and assistance from management when problems arise. For example, the buildings front door will break and there is no communication about it or the solution. The building code and lock changed at one point and it took us reaching out to be told about it.
