It’s in a fantastic location, right by Bedford Ave! Surrounded by the best bars and restaurants people travel to visit. Also, the apartment look and appliances are fairly up to date, management is responsive.
Cons:
I’d say the worst thing is that the walls are pretty thin. We can hear through most of the walls within our apartment, and can hear outside/neighbors as well sometimes. If you’re really sensitive to noise it might not be for you.
