Worth it if you can handle it

Pros:
Huge unit, lots of space, prime location.
Cons:
Very old, owners are reluctant to fix things with actual companies and instead use all of their family members who may not do the best job, we suffered from mold issues, leaks, bugs and mice… but for the price, size, location… up to you if you want to deal with all of that.
Advice to owner:
Renovate your unit.
