Pros:
honestly this place has been nothing but good to me. neighbors are super friendly except for 2 but you never see them. great location as well and have always felt safe here.
Cons:
not clean at all. the people have lived here for years do not respect the space and are smoking in the halls or just leaving garbage everywhere.
