Lovely place, minus the leaks and mice

Pros:
Great location, spacious, and mostly responsive management. They send maintenance really quickly but repairs are a little iffy.
Cons:
There’s no buzzer system, and pretty most of the apartments (even top floor) have mice which smell awful. Ceilings are prone to leaking :/
Advice to owner:
repair things better the first time so they don’t have to keep getting fixed over and over, and pleaaaaaase think about adding a buzzer system!!!

Only 4th floor is nice

Pros:
The fourth floor was chill and the owners are nice if you’re nice. It’s quiet !
Cons:
There was a massive water leak multiple times and a ton of mice especially on the first floor. Also a random person was living in the boiler room for a few months. He was nice though
Advice to owner:
don’t do patchy repairs, and fix problems when they occur.
