    Great location but unresponsive management

    The rent for the area is decent, location is great, units are pretty spacious, neighbors are friendly

    The management is very unresponsive, they do not fix problems brought to their attention

    management won't improve security

    location is great, neighbors nice
    Cons:
    management! requests made to building for security improvements go unanswered. expect unreasonable annual rent increases because nothing is stopping them. neighbors (and management themselves) sublet apartments for airbnb or day rate for photoshoots, off sites, etc
    Advice to owner:
    please change the security codes
