Decent lighting, decent noise levels, neighbors are some good people from my experience.
We always had this weird sound, kind of light a kettle when it’s boiling come out from the radiator and it leaked like crazy at times. Also, some very interesting cat friends showed up at our window and almost broke in once but aside from that they were chill lol.
